Christmas was absolutely wonderful. We stayed here in Rexburg since we spent Thanksgiving with Tyler's family in Lander. It was so nice to stay here and enjoy our first Christmas in our first house! It was also nice to not have to worry about teaching or taking any classes. It was very relaxing, and we finally got some pictures up on our wall! We went to the movies with my family on Christmas Eve (we really enjoyed National Treasure II), and since we had a huge snowstorm that day Tyler spent all of Christmas Eve night shoveling our driveway (We have the cleanest driveway in town thanks to my super-shoveler!). Tyler and I had our own Christmas here at the house, then spent the rest of the day with my family enjoying fun and food.
Tyler's family came up for New Year's Eve, and we went through the Rexburg Temple open house that day. We are so blessed to have a temple one mile from our house! We borrowed my brothers Wii for the night, and we all had a blast boxing and racing each other. It was hilarious.
School starts up again this week, and although we loved the break, we are ready to get back to work. Happy New Year!!
